There are vaccine-injured people in our community who may be isolated, unheard, unsupported, or simply unaware that a community exists for them.
This is about ALL our vaccine-injured neighbors and the people who care about them.
So we’re going to start finding one another.
We’re going to listen.
We’re going to connect people with one another and those who support them.
We’re going to welcome people into our community.
We’re going to learn what they’ve experienced and what they need.
And we’re going to make sure our vaccine-injured neighbors know they no longer have to walk this road alone.

A promise to do

When I lost my daughter Zara after routine vaccinations, I set out on a journey to find a way to take all the pain and hard lessons and make them mean something someday.
To help my fellow vaccine-injury survivors. To strengthen meaningful informed consent. And to bring some hope to a topic that is deeply emotional and complicated.
The Zara Project is how that promise is taking shape.
